I bought a lovely little car from town cars in Dec 2022. Literally on the day that my 3 month warranty ran out, i began to hear a rattle sound. I took it to Doug at 6:40pm (they close at 7pm) by 6:55pm i was home with a loan car and my car in to be fixed. It was ready for collection just 2 days later. Brilliant personal customer service.

Three generations of family have bought cars from Town Cars, over the past 25 to 30 years at a guess,( a total of about 18/19 vehicles)and have never had any complaints as to the sales and after sales service. I have watched Doug’s family grow up and follow him into the trade,and they are all honest and trustworthy.My wife bought her car from here about three years ago,on doug’s reccomendation, and (touch wood ) has never had any issues with it, it cost £20 a year tax and is amazingly economical. This is a genuine family buisness who are totally fair and honest,who believe in looking after their customers. When the time come we will be back again

Pick up a van today from Town cars . I never usually buy from a dealer but I know Town cars have a great reputation and having a van I was interested I thought I would take a visit . Firstly the van was in outstanding condition . I was given the key left alone to have a look . I went on to purchase the van in what was a very nice easy transaction.
